What Is The AmeriPlan USA Dental Plan, You Ask?
AmeriPlan Dental Care is a dental referral organization that offers
memberships in its discount dental plan.
Members can save 25% to 65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings,
crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.)
General dentistry and all
specialties where available are covered.
Since the dental plan is not insurance or a health organization, all pre-existing
conditions are covered except orthodontic treatment in progress.
There is no waiting period before you can start
using the plan.
There are no deductibles, no claim forms to fill out, and no limits on visits to your dentist.
HOW DO I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP FEES?
Monthly or quarterly payments are made ONLY by Electronic bank draft system
or by credit card.
INVOICING IS DONE ONLY FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS PAID ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE.
Individual
membership is $11.95 per month and family membership is $19.95 per month.
Family membership covers all residents

A list of providers in your area will be sent FREE OF CHARGE by E-mail when
your provide us with your zip code.
The Prescription Card may be used at over 50,000 pharmacies nationwide.
The Vision Care benefits are available at over 12,000 providers nationwide.
HOW DO I USE THE DENTAL, PHARMACY,

Within 10-14 working days of your enrollment, you will receive a Member Information
Guide, Membership Identification Cards, and a Dental, Pharmacy, Vision and Chiropractic Care Directory.
Present
your Identification Card to any AmeriPlan provider and you will be eligible to get the discounted fees.
You pay
the provider at the time of service.
